Sha’arei Mishpat College
Sha’arei Mishpat was established in 1995 by a non-profit organization comprising public figures active in the fields of law, economics and academia . The College was recognized by the Israel Bar Association Law as a college whose students are qualified to receive a license to practice law, subject to internship and successful passing of the Israel Bar Association’s exams.
Sha’arei Mishpat has been accredited by the Council for Higher Education, and is authorized to grant an LLB. In 2010 the College was granted permission by the Council to open additional study programs: a BA in accountancy and a MA in Jewish law (without a thesis).
Thousands of the College’s students have already completed their internship, passed the Bar exams and received the license to practice law.
The College strives to provide its students with the widest legal and general education, and to train them as high-level legal practitioners and legal scholars, knowledgeable in general law and Jewish law. The College fosters high moral standing, personal integrity, patience and tolerance among its students.
